About Me

I've been keeping a diary/journal since I learned to write around the age of 4. It all began with a little pink Hello Kitty diary that came with a lock on it. (How many of you girls remember those?)

Countless volumes later - I have a box filled with over 40 books, but there are also "the burned", "the lost" and "the given-away" volumes - what I have is a life map of how I have experienced my world and how it has evolved continuously over the last 30 years. My writing is how I think, discover, complete an experience... its how I create mySelf over and over again. Its my meditation, and above all else its my slip stream into the Collective Unconscious that we are all a part of.

What started out as entries like, "mom never lets me play as long as the other kids" has moved on into unsent letters, repetitive rants on internal frustrations, deep inquiries into my motivations and created stories, poetic discoveries of love, sisterhood, and of course the moon. My journals have begun to expand beyond just words to include color, collage and my latest obsession - photography. Images and words have always been woven together in my mind, now its becoming and external expression as well.

This Blog is the next frontier. Its a furthering in my path towards expansion, connection and a deeper immersion into our Collective Unconscious. The act of practicing transparency and cracking open here for all to See and participate in as a community is thrilling, terrifying and revolutionary.

This is my open invitation to you, to meet me as I come forth, and to connect, discover and perhaps create together.

I realize that in this profile I haven't gone into the usual details about me and my life, but those will reveal themselves as the entries develop over time. What I wanted to do here is set the tone for my first official venture into this new world.

I will however end with my life mission statement. I want to find another name for it, but it hasn't quite come to me yet. My mission/life purpose/path has been activated anew lately and its important to me that it gets Seen/Recieved by the world.

"My Earthwalk is about expanding my Consciousness of my Self, the world and teh connectedness of all things to the Mother - bonded together in love. To embody that awareness and express it. To be a conduit of connection for others to themselves and each other through healing, teaching, ritual, writing, art and relationships. To be fully immersed in the present as a celebration of Life. To be a full participant. TO PARTICIPATE FULLY IN LIFE. That each act of participation be a connection based on Truth, Spontenaety and Love."

Oh... and what about the moon you ask? Well... its always Her... Her and Her dance with each of us, Her dance with the Ocean that weaves our existence into Being... but thats a story for another day.
